The East Central District is made up of dedicated volunteers in the Amateur Radio Emergency Service. ARES and the Radio Amateur Civil Emergency Service RACES.
We train and respond to communications emergencies, Severe Weather events and disasters to provide supplemental communications and severe weather data.
